Roles & Responsibilities on this RFP:

  • Developed overarching creative concept for the Experiential Partners AreaNote: (RFP did not include main stage content development or production)

  • Generated the overall look & feel, experiences and attendee journey include the multi-day agenda (provided as a consultative recommendation on how to create a cohesive attendee experience)

  • Concepted tangible immersive moments of connection for attendees that were integrated into the larger agenda and within the Partners Area and hearkened back to the theme of community and wellness

  • Wrote all sections within the RFP response

Client: Zoetis NSM

Agency: InVision Communications

SOW: Theme Development, Creative, Video, Scenic, Staging, Graphics, PPT Development & Editing, MainStage Content Development inclusive of speech writing, speaker recommendations and overall production management

Roles & Responsibilities on this RFP:

  • Partnered with a freelance ECD to develop overall red-thread for NSM experience based on insights from the Strategy team and rooted within the proposed theme

  • Developed NSM themes and generated rationales for lead and secondary options

  • Leveraged NSM agenda to create the Attendee Journey and experience touch points inclusive of onsite activations

  • Researched, recommended and finalized guest speaker recommendations

  • Wrote all sections within the Creative Response inclusive of the setup, Main General Session and BU General Session content, President's Circle Awards, audience activations and Post-NSM pull-through

Client: Gilead Sciences President's Club

NOTE: The RFP called for a new approach to the existing PC event branding, which our team delivered as a comprehensive experience from the POV an attendee.
