Symposium and ITxpo

The annual Gartner ITxpo in Orlando, FL attracts senior IT executives across industries as it offers access to leading analysts and vendors. Creative R&Rs for both the 2018 and 2019 ITxpo included development of all of the overarching creative concepts and content for the Gartner Top 10 Trends Experience. The 2019 SOW included generating a series of experiential installations
on the trade show floor that would bring renowned Analyst David Cearley’s Top 10 Trends main stage presentation to life. 

  • Review David Cearley’s Top 10 Trends research; recommend 3-5 trends to bring
    to life as an interactive experience within
    the Gartner booth 

  • Develop and write creative treatments for each viable trend and pitch them to Gartner clients and Freeman (lead agency on the trade show experience and heading up logistics) 

  • Recommend content flow, props, screen content, audio support and overall UX within each interactive experience; work with TD
    to determine the best configuration, flow of traffic and cost-effective technology solutions

  • Interview David Cearley and other Gartner Analysts to obtain SME POV, which was leveraged in the UX scripts and supporting content
